They offer the same services as any other bank. What makes one bank and even one branch different or better from the other is it's customer service. This particular branch has some lazy employees. Their machine to put entry in passbook is as moody as their employees. I regret taking membership of this branch.
When incapable / incompetent people gets such important jobs , then what you expect of them . Will they provide high class banking services ??? I experienced very poor service from IDBI bank , In-fact they have big issue with the knowledge of their work . That is why customers suffers everyday in their branch
