Very poor services.I am customer for more than a decade and their services are heading from poor to worse. For the last so many years,in the month of April,every year their printer,that updates pass books go out of order. During covid times I made multiple attempts to activate net banking. Every time I was given a new assurance and a new time line,but the net banking is not activated till date. Worst services.
Very slow services, low seating capacity for customers, no drinking water facility, needs improvement

Incompetent and Kamchor. Take 10 days to update an residential address of customer.
