Worst bank ever! I have had bank accounts in more than 10 banks, so you have an idea that I know what I’m writing about. I have 3 accounts in this branch (both savings and current). Bablu Prakash and Neeraj (branch manager- Shalimar Bagh) have clearly stated that any employee of the bank can look at any individual’s account without their permission. They clearly stated that if anyone fails to update the minimum balance in the account regardless of willing to pay extra charges for those should not have an account with their bank. Worst Bank ever and pathetic customer service experience!!!
