The senior branch manager, Ms. Khusboo Gupta, was very kind and helpful in processing my claims of closing the deceased mother's account and guiding me through activating the net banking process!
Horrible customer service. People on the front desk are very irresponsible and careless. They don't tell in one go what documents they need and annoy the hell out of the customer by asking for new things after every 10 minutes . I spent an entire day at the bank for a very basic procedure and still the work wasnt done and I will have to visit the bank again. Branch manager was also not present in their cabin and contact details are not available anywhere.
