I am account holder of this branch almost since inception and all my family members too have accounts here. Compared to the earlier time now a days the work gets completed very quickly with computerization. And the staff too here is very helping and Cooperative almost all are young and very quick in responding to queries and issues. Specifically, Shilpi madam who attend so quickly and efficiently that I had to never wait and have seen she is handling 5 to 6 costomer all together without a blink. Such untiring gestures are remarkable and I highly appreciate bob management for staffing this busiest branch with such wonderful people. My best wishes to everyone here

I am very old customer at this Branch. Have NRO,NRE and FCNR A/C with this Branch. I visited this Branch in FEB 25. Ask to close my A/C. Not yet doen. Manager changed twice. The Manager, Sunilbhai left. Hardly read my message, not answering my phone. Now New Manager, Ashisbhai, same problem, manage to talk 2 to 3 times. But no action taken. Foreign transaction should not take more then a week. Why they not act on it. New management no service. I now wish to close all my Acconts with them. Spoiled Bank of Baroda great name. If I could give a 0 star I would. Terrible customer service, we went in the branch and the staff was eating, when we talk, they were rolling their eyes. There is no sense of customer satisfaction here. We needed to access our own money and we live overseas. They didn’t help at all. Specifically the attendant Shilpa, every day she had new requirements, she didn’t give clear instructions in one go, we came to the branch every day for a week before we could move forwards. On top of that, they never pick up their landline, they never respond to emails. This is terrible customer service, I am requesting everyone not to open their account for bob, hdfc has much better customer service

Service at each desk was fantabulous and fast...co ordination of staff with client was too easy and polite ..

Service offered on FDR Counter is fabulous. Staff is very helpful
