Very bad atmosphere! Worst service! I submitted my forms for KYC and new cheque book as well as ATM card and passbook! Next day when I went they wrongly updated my address and name to the same one which it was earlier and then when I asked they forgot where they had kept my submitted documents. Nobody is held responsible for things and customer suffers at the end. I had to fill the form again and waste my time.

BoB is like every other sarkari organization...over staffed, inefficient, followers of red tape, and they just give a damn to customers. Shameful

Located at central location and near to MS University girls hostel and pavilion but most of the time out of cash 😑.

I am holding a Savings Bank account in MSUniversity branch which is exclusively for my pension (epf). Since I am living in NewYork now, I went to NewYork branch of BoB for my life certificate. The way the staff and even the officers behaved was ridiculous. No one replied properly. When I met the Manager and literally pleaded him to attest my signature on my life certificate, he seemed to have no understanding of the procedure and flatly refused. At last he said deposit 25 dollars for that work and come after 2-3 days to collect the document. 25 dollars for attesting my signature.(Attestation of signature at any Notary in outside costs 2 dollars or maximum 5 dollars) For a similar document I had approached the SBI NewYork branch on the same day. The treatment at that branch of SBI was absolutely opposit to that of BoB. SBI branch VP did the attestation in minutes and so polite was the behaviour. No charge for that.
