Staff with the worst behaviour... Every employee makes you roam around the desk to desk for a single query... One of the employees, Nimisha Makwana, when I asked for the resolution of my issue, she rudely asked me to leave the branch as it is her property, " waha par jaao yaa yaha se bahar jaao", and when I asked for her name after complaining to the manager, Nimisha again started yelling at me, " tera naam kya hai, teri branch yaha nhi hai to waha jaana, bahaar jaa". These people are treating customers like animals because they feel that they have a government job, so no one can take any action against them and they don't even have the fear of the authority because she was yelling more when I complained about her inappropriate behaviour to the manager.

Hello (18/6/2025) I went to bob Sayajigunj ( Branch)vadodara to deposit cash. I have an account with the Bob Makapura branch. In the morning around 10;55 i went to bob Sayajigunj, The security guard gave me a deposit slip and token number i was filling the slip just within 30 seconds my token number was displayed on screen . I was filling the slip within 1 min i went to staff( the bank staff who collected the deposit slip) they literally spoke to me in every rude manner in a very shouting voice like " where are you I am waiting for you" i politely tell him that I was filling slip still he continues to talk to me in rude manner. I don't have any issues or complaints related to bob. But the Sayajigunj bob staff was so rude literally very rude . I want bob management to take action related to this issue. I don't know the name of that staff but still I hope you take action and for assurance you can check cctv. Thankyou

I second to many negative comments already made in the previous reviews. BOB general contact still congratulates on Chandran Mission 3 success Local number on Google and BOB website itself are wrong. Such a cheap loan department they have. They spam unknown numbers with loan messages and when I call them back they say some relative gave number for loan requirements. I don't even stay in Gujarat and I'm in a different state but they still send me loan offer SMS. Cheap business
