Disgusting behaviour and service. Being literate all employees behave rude and unaware of different things, Including Sr. Branch Manager named Siddharth acts rude and disrespectful!! Due to such actions account holders has to suffer

Worst Bank, rude and unprofessional staff, nobody knows what is going on and illiterate bank manager. World is working towards digitalization and this bank doesn’t even have a working computer. I wanted to give negative review but there is no option for that. 3 visits just to get a bank statement. I will close my account as soon as their computer gets back working ( if it ever does 🤦🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️ ). God bless Bank Of Baroda

Third class service. No one is helpful except Me. Jagdish Bhai and his helper. Non of the staff talk with you. Never ever visit the bank from now. I was waiting in line with 4 more people and the desk person + manager were discussing about other things. On desk no. 4 and 1 both of the staff member don't know how to talk with the customer.

Bank of Baroda is the worst bank of all time when it comes to employees, or ATMs most of the time not working, customer care service with no agent available but only the IVR even if there would be an agent I have never reached to that extent being on the call with the ivr for 20 - 30 mins and the worst part is their digital service whether it's BOB World app or normal netbanking service.
