ATM security people are much co-operative, they guide properly the customers beyond their duty of security. Proper attention to clean room, enough desk arrangement to operate locker, & fresh breathable air needed to improve locker room

The staff is very lazy and the manager himself is not at all cooperating.. He even try to scare the customer and I'm going to file a complaint against him for sure. He doesn't respect women at all. He uses vulgar language and I'm not going to let him like this 🤬😡

Very Third-class attitude of major staff , They think BOB bank is only one in India and people are comes in bank for mercy they are not customer, very sadly i have to say that in older government has taken a big wrong decision for nationalizing of banking.
