Good bank.just inside village and road is not proper and so sign board for bank is made on the way. Hard to find.staff is helpful for banking
THIRD CLASS SERVICE AND BRANCH MANAGER IS VERY BAD WORKING
The lady who is supposed to help the clients, whose name is Maya was continuously busy talking on phone. One lady who didn't know English had asked her to help her in filling the ATM form. She denied and told that it is not her job. She has lots of work. I was in the bank for half an hour and she was dialing different numbers and talking to her friends
I visited first time for the bank statement and netbanking facility and the employees behaviors was pathetic, simply they denied to provide. Worst customer service they don't have any manners to speak..
