Bank of Baroda Pratapnagar Branch (Baroda City) PRABAR, RLY STN Pratap Nagar Road Pratap Nagar Police Line

Same old mentality, lake of efficiency, low moral, lake of accountability results in to making customer suffer to meet their banking needs. Things that should be done in single visit takes three to four visits. So much improvement in all other nationalized banks but BoB service remains same low standards and pathetic in the name of customer service. We face nothing but disappointment every time we visit BoB Pratapnagar branch.

Even one star is more for them there should be negative rating also. Worst branch ever for new customers i suggest don't open your account its worse then SBI once you can open your account in SBI but don't open in this bank and specially in this branch most of the employees work at snail speed customers after taking token are sitting for half half hours because employees are talking to each other and just passing time and most irritating thing i saw an elderly lady was trying to communicate but she only knew gujarati and none of their employees were able to understand other customers helped that lady and translated in hindi for employees The manager is least concerned for his branch if you go to him to talk about any complaint he will make an excuse and will escape from there It's a private bank just in the name of a public bank

Long waiting time no proper management. Very rood behavior of staff no manners how to talk with customer

Very slow branch. Though they have 3 cash counters, they are operating only 1 counter even on rush days... atleast they should operate 2 cash counters during 1-10 dates in every month.
