Worst branch , very slowww service , staff is not co-operative, their servers never works on time and very slow , it is very time wasting , they should value the time of people to whome they give service , it had taken months for just registering the mobile number in my account with manier times going there , the main centre of bob should notice this , other branches are efficient . This is Not customer friendly staff , they also demands unnecessary , unrequired documents for adding details in account .

The service is pathetic in this branch. Staff is roaming around. Operation’s people are not available for a longer period of time. There is no one to work on the documents. No one cares here, it seems. Manager is happily seated in the cabin. Two person sits at one system and doing personal work, eating on duty. Pathetic and poor service!!!!!

Some staff are very rude. They will never help you on working saturdays. We need to waste our one day at job and need to visit again and again. Kindly teach them how to talk to someone. They are working there if we know everthing on our own then your bank would not need to keep one desk or one position for help.

Never pick up any calls. Despite the rules that there always should be a staff member in cash counter and another staff to answer customer queries, whole branch staff goes for lunch in office hours. Would highly suggest to open a account in private bank because these public banks are doomed. Worst service. Worst response. Worst attitude.
