It's the branch which supports and help the people in the vicinity. The staff here in this branch is found to be polite and helpful, however chief manager and other officers goes on changing as per their transfer policies. But the chief manager I had contacted was reluctant to entertain me even though I had sumtuioues deposits with SBI. His reluctantness was observed when he came to know that I am an ex banker, and I know all the schemes thoroughly.
Came with my mother who is a senior citizen..as her acc passbok was unable to detect the barcode in the kiosk printing we went to khamla branch to activate it. The lady in the countrr deliberately refused & asked to get it activated only from the acc branch. P.S. This can be done in any branches of SBI. Worst customer service as it was neither rush nor any of staff members corrected her.
They don’t provide customer service , contact number is incorrect . Also they make their own rules. Worst behaviour by staff
