ICICI Bank Chhatrapati Square, Nagpur-Branch & ATM ICICI Bank Ltd Chhatrapati Square Plot no 8-A

Very very poor customer services rendered at this branch of ICICI bank. I am having a wealth account with ICICI BANK. My home branch was Civil lines, Nagpur previously, but on persuasion by Mayur at this branch, I transferred my account to Chatrapati branch. He assured me of prompt services whenever needed. He started a SIP online from my iMobile app in June 2025 and the scheduled date was 9th of every month. Since last three months the EMI amount is deducted on 9th of each month and refunded after 2-3 days. I told my concern to Mayur but no solution was provided. At present he doesn’t reply to my calls and messages. I have never expected such worst and pathetic services from ICICI bank. I am an account holder since last 20+ years. The persons dealing in mutual funds/ demat account are also not able to solve my problem. This issue has been apprised to the branch manager as well but to no avail. None of the bank personnel are able to help me out… whether they are incompetent or else t

couldnt find it. nor i could make use of the 8 ATMs i have been to in the last hour. few closed few not working, few just for show. frustrating and useless trip to find a working atm.

Very poor customer service experience. I went to open NRE/NRO accounts here. Initially, I liked that they were approachable and quick to accept my application with no hassle. I was told that my accounts will be activated in 2-3 days and I will receive my kit within 10 days. After waiting for more than a month and calling them many times, and officially submitting a complaint to ICICI Bank, they activated my accounts. And I am still waiting for the account kit.

Very poor and pathetic service. I went to collect emergency check book. The staff including the manager have me execuses that , since I have unused leaf in my check book they cannot issue emergency checks. Considering the current covid crisis instead of understanding the problem stop giving execuses. HdFC is much better I think.

At least maintain the correct phone no and since your bank is not opened on sat dont list it with a sat open tag, very disappointed
