I'm also customer of this branch and customer service is good. No issue with staff service. They are cooperative and working with minimum staff still provide service in best possible way. If someone is facing issue with online services then it's responsibility of management to improve their online banking servers . What is fault of staff if online apps are not available. They are under updation maximum time.

Customer service of bank staff is very good but some dumb customers are always there for arguments and misbehave with staff members without any problem. All the staff members are very polite and cooperative. Staff is very much dedicated for their work and customer service even after their office hours. Management must increase the staff number for more better services to customers.

Worst bank ever... They have no empathy for customers. This bank itself is a disaster. They will try very hard to make customer suffer to get their own money. They are making rules to make banking more difficult day by day. They should get privatised then only these people will understand. My grandmother 's pension account is in this bank and these people ask them to come to bank to withdraw money... Not allowing third party withdrawal through cheque. How a old person is suppose to visit bank every time. Oyherwise they are asking for a medical certificate every time for withdrawal. How can someone provide medical certificate every time that too a new certificate every time having current date.

Very fast and good customer service of BOM. All the staff members are cooperative and well mannered. Online banking and ATM service are very well handled by staff and manager..

Should be giving -stars for this pathetic branch. All useless staff, have no courtesy of talking, dont even treat ex-staff well. This bank should be privatised, and then will these staff members learn ....
