Worst staff ever seen in a bank. The guard is more helpful than the other staff the staff need to change (and also the bank has shifted 2 block to left than the previous one )

Worst bank, all the staff members are just like kamchor people. The guard is more helpfull than other staff members. All of the staff members should be fired from their jobs or replace them with staff who have a sense to talk and sense to treat Customer happily. No one should go in this bank.

The staff is hopeless. Worst experience ever. The staff is very rude. They don't even attend the queries of the customer. Most of the staff is always on holiday and they don't provide any backup for their work. No nameplates are present on the counter to identify which person is responsible for which job and when asked about they don't even care to reply. You have to shout to get reply from them. Staff doesn't have manners to behave with senior citizens. Ladies staff are the worst. They lack basic manners. Not even a single staff member is helpful. Immediate action should be taken against them.

Honestly if google allowed negative reating I would have given a -5. The staff over here is very arogant and unprofessional, they don't treat you well and don't know how to do their work. Especially the ladies, they will keep you waiting for an hour just to submit a form. However as rude the employees are the security guard over there is just as polite and sweet. He will guide you throught every procedure and also save your time. Honestly all of the bank employees should be given the job of a watchman and this guard should be made the Manager of this Bank!

Worst banking experience. Staff doesn't know how to treat the customers. Overall it seems that Higher authorities of BOI have permitted their staff to work & behave at their will to loose their maximum customer base.
