ICICI Bank Ltd., Nagpur Wardha Road ICICI Bank Ltd Metro Station Plot No- 5

I strongly advise against conducting business with the ICICI Bank branch on Wardha Road. My experience with their gold loan services was highly unsatisfactory, characterized by misleading information and manipulative practices. The staff, including the Branch Manager, provided inaccurate details regarding the loan process and made false commitments to secure my business. It appears their primary focus is on achieving targets, even if it involves misrepresenting information. Subsequently, when I sought clarification or resolution, the staff exhibited unprofessional and rude behavior, both in person and over the phone. They accused me of fabricating issues and even made inappropriate personal remarks. Despite my attempts to engage with the Branch Manager, she was unresponsive and did not address my concerns.

Very poor service ....Ill-mannered staff. Don't even know how to communicate to the customer.. I wanted to open an NRE account...but now changed my mind to not to open with them...HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED

So far, I had an amazing banking experience at this branch , specially because of 3 core banking professionals: Nazia Qureshi, the branch manager , Rupali and Nilesh as my RM for my private banking account. Very professional, very swift service, too cooperative and humble people. I hope this stays like this for longer time and I hope ICICI Bank appreciates the efforts such employees are putting in to make the brand and keep the bar higher.

The Branch Manager Nazia Qureshi is really very helpful, kind and yet highly competent. -1 star because of poor service by other bank personnels. They talk and work unprofessionally.

I had a good experience at this branch. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive. They quickly provided thorough explanations for all my questions. The branch is well-organized.
