My recent visit to the bank was marred by an excruciatingly long wait in the log queue. Despite arriving early, the line moved at a snail’s pace, causing significant delays. The lack of sufficient staff and poor organization only exacerbated the situation. It’s disheartening to see such inefficiency in customer service. Hopefully, the management takes steps to improve the wait times and streamline the process for future customers. and very poor staff unskilled slow phone is important to them more then customer Bank authority should pay attention
