I have beena customer of bank sohar since 2012. Their customer service is really good compared to other banks. Recently i have applied for a personal loan, and the service offered by Ms. Hanan Al Rahbi is exceptional. Even though there was challenes in my application, she's done an excellent role in getting in approved. And frequently updating me about the status of my application and always helpful in clearing my doubts. I really appreciate the training the staffs are having and the professionalism they have showing to each and every customer.

I would like to sincerely thank Ms. Hanan Al Rukhbi in al khoud mazoon branch for her outstanding support in resolving my issue regarding an incorrect transfer to the wrong account. She was extremely helpful, professional, and efficient throughout the process. I truly appreciate her assistance and would be happy to deal with her again in the future.

Branch needs more management control and customer service improvement, especially when customer is required to hand his ID to get his Bank card. It's pretty chaotic. However, sister Hanan Al Rahby from Customer Service got involved and solved my problem, she was able to find my account on her computer to get my Bank card. Special thanks to her, but the branch itself needs lots of improvement.

I have visited branch for the first time and the experience was outstanding as they have finalized my transaction within 2 working day with no delay .. thanks for the smooth and good service . Special thanks to Ms. Haifa alzadjali who attended the whole transaction.⭐️
