Dealing with machines would honestly be more efficient than dealing with the staff at this branch. It’s shocking how little professionalism or basic customer ethics are displayed. Before anyone is allowed to sit behind a desk and deal with customers, they seriously need intensive training—not just on processes, but on basic human decency and work ethics… The service? Absolutely painfully slow. Walking into the office feels like stepping into a time warp where urgency and customer care don’t exist. The moment you speak to someone, you’re interrupted—not once, but repeatedly—by their phones, chit-chat with colleagues, or casual distractions, as if your time and needs are irrelevant… I’ve visited several Bank Nizwa branches—Maabilah, Khuwair, even the main branch—and while none are flawless, the Alkhoud branch stands out as the absolute worst. It’s not just a delay—it’s dysfunction. I was promised a simple process would take “no more than 10 working days.” It’s now 15 days and counting,

You pay an annual fee of 35 OMR for a credit card, and then 6 OMR per month.. for what? As far as I understand for no extra services. This was not even told to me at the time of applying.. I cancelled it the moment I got ripped off the first time.

Nice decoration.. The service inside not bad.. need to more fast, more efficient, and to be more welcome with customers.
