I do not have an account with them and i dont think i will open one with received treatment from branch employee communication. It has been over 2 weeks to follow some business related info and no answer via phone nor via WhatsApp? Well at less i know i should not open an account

Baddest service and experience with oman arab bank - AL-Khuwair branch. My ATM credit card has been withdrawn at Sultan Center hyper market since 2 weeks and the employees at Alkhuwair branch very careless and not willing to work and when I asked her to help issuing a new card which required an update of my information she refused for a reosen that the bank inform employees to not renew any transactions and let the customers do it by OAB app. where I informed her that the app. blocked and she took long time to convince her and once she do it she said you will receive a message but I didn't receive and after 3 days I call the customer service and it seems he was not willing to speak and want to answer quickly to close the call. Then I went again to that employee in the bank - Alkhuwair branch she was very tough and inpolite and she said come after one week to receive your credit card, two weeks without credit card. I want to close my account

My Review for this branch is even not 1 star but there is no option for 0 star so i gave 1. 3 times i visited there just for my ATM Card but nobody listen to you & everytime they're asking to you another another documents. 1st time said come collect when i go then they told me no we need your passport & Resident card & company letter head & your Indian ID Card. Okay i arrange all & visit them then they told me no we need electricity bill now. So the rest are useless now only electricity bill is the mandatory. So finally I did not receive my card after 3 visits are useless & Even nobody wants to listen me there. Very pathetic Experience Really. Never visit again in my life.

My Review for this branch is 0 stars. In a month 3-4 times, I visited the bank for an ATM card. Submitted all the documents first visit itself, but they delay the process. In my experience, it is the very waste bank I ever visited. Pls, improve your services.

Worst branch of any bank ever. Worst service, way too slow to process anything or deal with any sort of customer and everyday atleast 2-3 counters are closed. Horrible experience of waiting for hours!
