One of the worst NBO bank branches in all Oman. Very slow transaction process, employees are no help. We are waiting more than 1 month to finish a simple task that can be done within 1 week. Branch management needs to be changed or else this bank will fail if same people are kept in position
One of the worse bank customer service that they have, I raised a complaint about my refund since January 2025 until now am calling call center and they don’t have any information when will I get back my refund, the only thing they telling me will send email for follow up all they time maybe I call 20 times 😡. Really this is the customer service you are giving back to customers?????
