I went to this bank to get my NOC letter, and within 5 minutes they provide me the letter. Mr. Salim, a great gentleman received my enquiry politely and he asked me all the details which needs to he enter in NOC and he explained me everything calmly. Finally winthin 5 minutes he gave me the NOC. He made by day. Thankyou
Visited Al Khuwair Branch for liability letter and Mr Saleh Al Busaidi was very attentive & helped me with my request and was courteous and very well mannered attitude Glad to see this and am honoured Thank you
I like bank dhofar better than bank muscut but this is my 3rd worst down to earth experience at bank dhofar alkhwair branch with the lady who is in teller counter 3 times I visited to withdraw money through cheque of my sponsor all the 3 times she delayed after she gives cheque to me to take sign from senior she goes for break and after long waiting she calls weirdly this is not 1st or 2nd all the times she did the same thing I didn't even speak a single word with that lady and she is very slow in the work also Bank dhofar if you consider all the customer equally kindly Do change the staff because only a person who felt so much can write this .3 times I suffered becouse she very slow .she dnt knw to respect the customer as well I told sponsor anymore I won't go to alkhwair branch bank dhofar
