I do not recommend this Al Khuwair branch to anyone looking for reliable and respectful banking service. Bette to go Shatti Al Qurum Branch.. that is far better service. Getting worst service ever, I have to visit several times here. Customers going direct to the customer relationship officer and they just have them without asking the token number, why they don’t value the other customers time..!!!! The staff counter no. 2 were unhelpful, and completely indifferent to customer concerns. What’s even more frustrating is the lack of basic courtesy and clear communication. I expected a minimum standard of service and respect — unfortunately, this bank failed miserably on both.

I would like to thank the team at Bank Sohar(فرع شارع دوحة الادب) for the excellent service I received. The staff were friendly and professional I would like to especially thank employee Essa Al-Ansari for his support and valuable assistance during my visit. , and my transaction was handled quickly and efficiently. The branch environment was clean and organized. My experience was great, and I look forward to visiting again!
