They don’t even deserve 1 star. Be careful with your money. One of my friends had their end-of-service money withheld by this branch for no reason and was given a hard time. Only after complaining to the central bank did they start taking action. This branch should be closed.

I had a great experience at the Doha Bank Wakara branch. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there was no waiting or crowd, which made the visit quick and smooth. Parking was also easily available, making it super convenient. Definitely recommend this branch for efficient service.
Bad experience! ! Doha Bank's customer service has been a letdown. After requesting documents two weeks ago and numerous follow-up calls, I still haven't received what I need. Promises of callbacks aren't followed through. Perhaps it's time for Doha Bank to learn from other commercial banks and revamp their service standards.
