What this I checked online they are showing open when came from Birkat al awamer branch is closed and online still showing its open what is this who will pay my because of your third class act ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ
One of the worst banks not just this location over all its bad. They donโt allow international transfers they ask u many questions about it they have no right to do that i send my own money why do u care for what im sending it!
I recently got a Himyan prepaid card at Al Rayan Bank's Wakra Branch and had a great experience. Manager AbdulAziz was polite, professional, and made the process stress-free. His behavior and manners were excellent, and I was impressed by the bank's overall customer service. I highly recommend this branch and thank AbdulAziz for his outstanding service.
So sad to see when you want to deposit a cheque in your account and the teller asks you to write your bank account number on the back of the cheque when she could easily do it herself since she has my ID.instead I had to go back to the waiting area open my APP (thank god I had DATA) go back ask her again because the back of the cheque has no proper place to write the numbers โฆI almost apologize to her because she was busy on phone๐
