This is a formal warning about the CBQ branch located at AL WAKRAH. Their operation is a complete sham designed to disrespect every customer who walks in. I made the mistake of booking an appointment for a Sunday at 9:10 AM. I arrived at 8:50 AM at the AL WAKRAH branch, expecting the system they enforce to have some meaning. I was naive. My scheduled 9:10 AM appointment was worthless. I did not get served until after 10:15 AM. I was held hostage for over an hour and twenty-five minutes. The reason was not a busy day; it was a complete dereliction of duty by the staff. The entire hour was a masterclass in inefficiency. I specifically observed the male teller and the female in the black blouse leaving their posts at least 4-6 times each. They were taking personal breaks, lingering in the back, and having casual conversations while a line of frustrated customers watched the clock tick. Very bad experience from the personal banking, even the supervisor also not properly managing their duties. When number turn the staff left from the seat.give them customer handling training before appointing to duties. Counter No1.
