Not at all recommended... The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Went there to OPEN a saving account, the representative said he'll call me next day to confirm the approval but its been 18 days now he didn't return any call. I tried to contact them several times on phone but everytime someone reply he will call you... Thank you very much for wasting my time, seems like your business is good and you don't need new customers...

Long waiting time. No good customer service. They offer coffee only the person who is wearing Thobe. Really bad service

One of the worst customer service Banking experience I ever had, you may spent an hour waiting for your turn even if you are the only client in the branch, lack of professional training can be observed as well from the customer service employees. I really hope they improve there work environment and pay more for their staff training, it's feel sorry to leave this bank to another since my account is there for a decade but unfortunately it's time to move on.

Very rude staffs.. i went many times for a car loan, cheque book & credit card request .. I got a chance & met one time their senior staff.. even he didnt check my profile & he told me as " You might work somewhere at supermarkets & so can't accept. ".. really humiliation & insulting deliberately.. banking is for all the people, they are very narrow-minded for working labours . even I heard some other friendly welcoming banks also at qatar, but not like this.. at least they should behave with basic ethics..
