Poor customer service. I went there to take My bank card. The customer service said there is no card and he acted arrogantly without applologizing. Im from Another country he must treat all People fairly not just because im Not kuwaiti he wont treat us properly . He said talk to manager. No matter how rich you are or affluent you must act accordingly. The manager was quite polite though. however the staff in reception is arrogant. Kindly read some books about customer service or review your skills.
