Automatically deducting 'Annual fees' without informing me. I am a member of other banks, and non do such a thing. First and last year with CBK.
Very slow service too much time not give response quick displays only useful for deposit cash and withdraw cash only

I opened an account with the Commercial Bank and they gave me a Signature Visa in exchange for a reserve amount and they said it will be cashback based on the fact that it is free for the first year and the employee told me that whenever you want you can cancel it and there are no fees. I received the card but did not activate it. When I went back to them to cancel it, they told me that they will charge me an issuance fee of 75 dinars or you can keep it with you for a year and the amount will be reserved with us. Also, it will be renewed for the second year and a renewal fee of 75 dinars will be deducted. After the second year, you can cancel the card without fees. What I am surprised about is how it is free for the first year and if you want to cancel it they charge you. Aren’t they supposed to give me a year to try it?
