Outstanding service realted banking
Frankly, there is an employee in the Qasr branch who is always in contact with my husband almost daily from his private number. Now, isn’t a bank employee supposed to contact the bank number if she has something to do with a customer in an official manner, not just send him a sweet morning of love and flirting on WhatsApp? That’s shameful. The behavior of some female employees should be monitored to preserve the bank’s respectable reputation.
