bad service very bad service... i came to update company signature authority for 5 times.Everytime he said one pepar need to change.. when i came back..again send me back for change one pepar. thats like after 5 time.. he said prin out one pepar now i will updated.. them 10 minutes latter i bring it.. but he refused to work..he had using phon and said come another day..i m very frustrated with their service.. 🥲
The customer Service is worse because I waited there for more than 15 minutes in que with taking a token due to my pay card issues there in ATM, it was not reading my ATM, Then the latter one informed me that my service wouldn't be entertaining there because of my salary pay card and they suggested that I suppose go to Bin Umran Branch. The can suggest me
Worse customer services only one person for customer services in whole bank and you have to wait for your turn more than hour ...
Only one employee of custmer service and you will wait feom1-3 hours
Good customer care. The person at the customer counter was very helpful and polite. My job was done nicely and efficiently
