I want to make a complain vpos department. May I know how I can make the complain? I have been calling and emailing them for the last two months and have not been able to clear my pending amount. Now I'm coming here Cbq plaza calling both of them, but neither of them has come to the office yet.it’s already 10 pm.

I have the issue with my credit card excess payment deduction and credit card payment issues I was suffering from last September 2024 until now every month I am taking appointments in the bank and visit every month but until now my problems is not solved and from the commercial bank they cannot give proper justification and clarification from there side for me it is really very worst the complaints and customer service department so to whom I can contact for me to sort out my issues, and to whom I need to contact for this very very bad service for the commercial bank

Very Bad service form CBQ Collection department and customer services. 1st of all u can’t meet the collection department because they will only speak to u on the phone. If u try to call 44490500 which is the customer service phone no for collection department, no one will answer the call, If some one answer the phone they will say other person will call you and unfortunately other person will never call you. And if she calls u she will disconnect the phone on the face saying that there are lot of clients waiting. Also she will offer u email saying you to email all documents, but this email will never receive your email. What a service opening salary account with alCBQ is like kicking our own self and running to plaza cbq so that we may meet and solve our issue here the receiptikn says the same thing give me ur Qid and phone no . Cbq executive will call and speak to u. What is this correct where is human rights here it’s my money and I have the rights to speak to any department f
