My complaint remains unresolved due to a persistent lack of transparency, no clear bank-client relationship, and an evident failure to apply or communicate defined and consistent criteria. Despite repeated follow-ups, I have not received a clear, detailed, or personalized explanation outlining the factors behind their decision, including key parameters or any tangible measures used. This level of opacity is unacceptable for a financial institution and raises serious concerns about governance and accountability. I am now left with no option but to escalate the matter to higher banking authorities in Qatar. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution.
I do not recommend opening a corporate bank account with CBQ based on my experience. Even after depositing your money, you will face long delays just to access it. For a simple withdrawal or any small update on your account, you must wait 1–2 weeks for an appointment, depending on their limited available slots. Everything is done only through appointments, and there is no priority even for urgent payments or urgent withdrawals. This makes it very difficult to manage business operations smoothly. Overall, my experience has been extremely frustrating and stressful, especially when dealing with time-sensitive transactions. CBQ is not a suitable choice for corporate banking if you need quick, efficient service.
Hello Commercial Bank, I am still waiting for you to contact me after almost a month since you promised to find a quick solution to my problem. After you persuaded me to remove the comment in which I stated that I was mistreated at your Bin Amrat branch, I have not received any contact so far, and there is no solution in sight despite your previous promises.
A Big shoutout to Mr.Farhan a customer service that dont want to serve a customer. Its been 2weeks and still my card are not release. He told me to make my old card balance in to 0 (zero) and 1-3days my card will be release but until now i dont have any card to use.
Dear Commercial Bank Management, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the poor quality of the call center services after the system was converted to a fully electronic one. Since the new system has been implemented, it has become extremely difficult to reach a human representative for assistance. The automated system is inefficient, often provides irrelevant responses, and does not allow customers to explain their issues properly. This has caused a great deal of inconvenience and frustration. I kindly request that you review this issue and consider providing an option to speak directly with a call center agent when required. Direct communication with a human representative is essential to resolving customer concerns effectively and maintaining service quality.
