Poor customer service. My request which been sent a week ago wasn’t fixed. I just lost my time and my energy! Simple request for changing card can’t be processed. 0 starts.

Very bad service. I requested a service 3 weeks ago and its still not done. Never going here again!!!!!

I rarely write negative reviews, but this branch deserves it. The gentlemen working here are rude and not helpful at all. You literally have to argue with them in order for them to help. The only person who seems competent around there is the security person Robin, who also has to do paperwork around there. Perhaps he should be the one managing this branch, since he has a nice personality. Commercial Bank is ruining their reputation based on how this branch is operated. Don't ever visit this branch if you need anything important done. This was the worst banking experience I have ever had in my life.

Great views from the bank. ;) empty in the middle of the day, so no waiting necessarily. A nice Indian dude with specs - some small talk and your concerns will be sorted in a matter of seconds. By far the shortest I've spent in a CBQ branch related to customer service

One of the bad branch of CBQ. The staff is very anonymous behaving. They no need to give any services to customers. One Indian guy with wearing spectacles very harassing behaviour I think no one choose this branch because Iam facing there unprofessional behaviour 2nd time. I kindly hoping this review will be taking important by CBQ and take an immediately action to the staff.
