Simply a horrible experience. The standard of the Seef branch has gone down. They did not update their timings on google. So I got here at 8 am. The branch opens at 8:30 am. Unless you know someone, you have to wait outside until 8:30am. The security guards who are just oblivious can do nothing but laugh. Once you enter at 8:30 am , you can see the customer service representatives drinking tea, talking amongst themselves and putting stamps on papers while the customers are waiting. A new definition of customer service. Time to take my account somewhere else. Horrible service. Absolutely non professional people.

At first, I think HBL(Habib bank Ltd) Pakistan has the worst banking system but then today I visit the ithmaar bank seef tower branch and I admit that HBL is far better than this .... one of the worst time-wasting place and tellers are pretending they are sitting in the room they don't care peoples are waiting no they are enjoying..🤮🤮

Only one branch in bahrain and only two teller counters, they are not working properly (very slow) difficult for doing transactions there.

Its a main branch and they have only 2 tellers and we have to wait minimum 1.30hrs to deposit. if its a weekend it will be 2hrs for sure. should increase the teller counter minimum 5 like other banks.

i'm trying to enter in eBanking site. but, 3 days always showing me "Quick transaction" with ithmaar Bank logo. I can't login in eBanking. why they make slow website? please improve the website. They are staff is very good and helpful. they try to solve all problem to there best. I hope website slow problem will be solve very soon.
