I have no idea why have they set their call centre number when there is nobody to answer them. Everytime i need any information i have to drive to the bank and ask staff the trivial matter which could have been solved on a simple phone call.
Visited twice and well mannered friendly representative staff . None of the issues related to arrogance ,rude etc. were noticed
