Worst bank ever! The bank services are getting worse every year . The only service they keep up and beyond the standard is calling customers and offering loans. No wonder ! They interest is 27% , they are targeting low income workers , who won’t listen and understand the info about the loan and would fall for it . They removed atm all over Bahrain , keeping only in branch . They used to have nice points/rewards system , which has been reduced too … Can’t really recommend this bank and their credit cards to anyone .

I was post night duty and went to get clearance letter ,the staff named almeer in customer care of this bank said it can’t be issue today.I said him am a health worker and this is the peak time of busy work of my duty because iam dealing with covid and respiratory emergency of kids.HE just said can’t do anything for that without understanding my situation.I said will wait until the bank closes because I cannot reschedule my duties owing to the peak time of respiratory diseases.The same way I approached before with some else in the same place was very polite staff he understood my concerns and he given respect for my duties.kindly give decision making programme to your staff .Give respect and take respect

Exactly located at the city centre signal. It is the main branch of the citi bank in bahrain. Location perfect with available parking on a usual daily base. Never went inside although read negative reviews. Officialy went to deposit cash monthly in management accounts having more than enough Cash deposit machine to get access without rush.

Horrible experience. They told me that i have to print a paper for a fee payment. And there is no option to print it in the bank. Are we in 21st century? Then they sent me idk where to print those papers. And by the time i came back, it was 1.01 pm and they were closed. Who is working till 1pm nowadays? Just horrible and unprofessional

One teller is very horrible and rude. He doesn't want to work and dismissed me without even glancing at the paper submitted. Told me he knows what i am going to say and asked me to stop without even letting me speak for 1 minute. He showed rude actions and asked me to leave.
