Money transfer to prepaid card take ages. I usually buy deals online ebay or Amazon and sometimes I need my money urgently on my prepaid card. But most of the time it take hours even one day to transfer from my nbb account to NBB prepaid account and because of that the deal is missed or someone else have bought it. I wish nbb will solve this issue soon as many of people would be facing the same issue.
Manama is a very nice place, we liked Manama very much. Nice place to visit for sightseeing.
Poor service. I would like to make international money transfer after I had done my exercise. The reception desk had asked me to wear trousers. Do not wear shorts. ?

Absolute worst customer ever! I went to ask a few details for opening an account. But they are so busy with their coffee and friends that they can't even look me in the eye. I was very disappointed. They don't have value for customers ?. Please train your employees on how to treat customers. This is a request.
