I applied for a personal loan from KFH due to an emergency. When I initially contacted the sales representative, I was informed that the loan would be processed within 7 days. Based on this assurance, I proceeded with the required paperwork. However, it has now been over one month and the loan is still not processed. This delay has caused me significant difficulty, especially since the loan was for an emergency. Overall, the process has been disappointing, and the handling of my case felt unprofessional. I hope KFH can improve communication, transparency, and turnaround time for such important services.
