Customer service slow. Waited 50 mn. Had to leave for work. And yes some local people bypass the waiting queue. This is true and all what other reviewers said is true. Good point it’s very calm.
Incorrect timings on google maps. Its closed on Saturday. I have attached the actual bank timings so as to keep the value for time..
This branch is usually free and staff are very helpful. You dont have to spend a lot of time waiting for your turn. Generally, a very good bank. However, there are lot of extra charges. For example if you need six months bank statement, they will charge 60 riyals which is very high compared to other banks.
My first and wrost experience ever yesterday i am visit this branch on 2:20 pm Thursday but branch is closed what can i do
Customer Service is very slow, 1 out of 5 agents is working, on of the reasons of changing bank.
