Onboarding experience - I arrived at Qatar three days back. Now I have my salary account opened and debit card has been activated for use. Thanks for excellent coordination between staff members. - My account was partially processed during my QVC process at Chennai (India). - I was clearly guided to visit this specific branch who deals with Sales and account for QVC channel customers. - Just a few minutes visit to the branch was enough for finalizing the regularization process. - Appreciate the security staff for verifying my passport details and routing me to the correct personnel. - Thanks to Mr. Arbas and Mr. Arooj Aslam.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding an incident that occurred during my recent visit to your Al Messila branch. I have always trusted CBQ and have visited this branch multiple times without any issue, but this particular experience left me feeling disrespected and humiliated. I went to the branch to withdraw money and print a cheque. While waiting for the machine to resolve an error, I decided to use the washroom. As I took just a few steps to ward the door, the security guard suddenly stopped me and addressed me in a rude and loud manner, in full view of other customers. I immediately stopped and did not proceed further, yet he continued speaking to me in a disrespectful tone, which caused me great embarrassment. I understand that security personnel have responsibilities to maintain order, but there was no reason for such behavior, especially in front of others. I left the branch feeling disappointed. Really disappointed with the service at the Al Messila branch. I did not expect this kind of experience from CBQ. We recently opened a salary account, and suddenly QAR 120 was debited without any prior information or notification. This is completely unfair. During account opening, the customer service agent did not explain any such charges. Doing deductions without informing or taking customer consent is unacceptable. This experience has left a very bad impression of CBQ. I would not recommend this bank to others. (-1 star )
