Good day. I would like to ask whether the pay card collection center is open now. If it is open, please inform me about the collection time. My company has already transferred my salary to my account, but I have not yet received my pay card. From the company side everything is clear. They told me that I can receive my salary once the card collection center is open, but the bank is still not open. Please confirm the situation because without money in hand it is difficult for me to manage my expenses. Kindly advise me on a solution. Thank you.

Went to this branch to pick up cards and checkbooks after receiving a notification that everything was ready. An appointment was scheduled as recommended, with about a 15-minute wait, and parking right in front was convenient. However, I was told the debit card is not activated and cannot be activated independently — instead requiring more paperwork, an activation request letter, and a visit to another branch, with unclear next steps. After already spending over a month trying to get a functioning commercial bank account, this added process feels unnecessarily complicated.

Very disappointed, even in Ramadan not corporate with the timing, customers don’t know wps and credit card timing in Ramdan they saying closed on 12:30 and reached there 12:55. Rejected directly and their dialogue “ come tomorrow “. At least need to mention timing in system. Kindly note that.

I called CBQ Collection Department due to my debit account having hold a huge amount, which really devastated me especially that I didn't know where that amount of money came from. However, as I spoke with an agent named Ibrahim, he was very professional and helpful unlike the other agents I spoke to in the past, he helped me big time by explaining thouroughly and patiently what happened with my debit account, he reassured me and I gained back my trust with CBQ's customer care department. Tried to call collection department, as customer service said I can call them directly only, and no walk ins, unless they emailed. Ive been calling continuously for 5hours but no one is answering the call? Its very imposible that im on a que, because I have been calling straight for 5 hours.
