I would like to share my positive feedback about the service at CBQ Umm Lekhba branch. Ms. Hayfaa from counter no. 6 was extremely helpful, polite, and professional. She supported me very well and made the whole process smooth and easy. Her good behavior and customer-focused attitude are truly appreciated.
Not accepting walk-in even there is no queue for customer service for corporate and even you told that it’s urgent matter. The available appointment to their site is after 12 days there is no other options. They just said that I can go to the other branch that accepts walk-in customer. I wish that they have sense of urgency.
Branch went downhill after the Tunisian staff left. Poor service now. Management keeps losing the only good people. Rude lady manager, this is customer service, why they put staff who can’t deal with people complaints? This is sad after being 10 years with the bank..
The bad service I have ever seen in my life ... customer satisfaction last priority their attitude first priority.....online services suggesting to visit branch for help ....branch advising to open your account online even though you been there in branch with your whole document 👎👎
