been here this bank in qatar for the first time, i dont think that this bank will create you more disappointed, we have different of attitudes and personality you cant pleased a person if she/he wants too or whatever she/he will do, as for me this bank is my number 1 you know why? 1. very accomodating- they will give you proper processing and assisting; all through out your transactions. 2. very approachable- they will guide you to your processing journey until the end; the quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations. 3.very nice people- they are so keen, kind and nice people, they will help you in your times of need and im completely impressed with their professionalism and customer services. I higly recommended this Bank for any business and transactions Thank you Al Rayan C-ring road staffs much appreciated and the General Manager God bless

Please don’t come here to encash cheque. They refused to accommodate me just because another company have to also get their salary. Which means they don’t treat people equally, i was just alone and I don’t think it will make a bog difference if they accommodated my need of encashing my cheque. I spent sooo much for the uber just to be refused.

Their cash deposit machine took my money and didn't deposit into my account, no receipt just game my card back, the machine had no sign on it or any indicator went inside the branch since this deposit I wanted to make is urgent for a cheque, they told me they knew about this machine not working properly!!! Horrible bank overall.

On Google they mention opening time is 7:30 but in Ramadan opening time is 9 o'clock and closing 2pm

Very bad experience from mashraf al rayyan I went to withdraw money from ATM but money didn't came message came that Money has been withdrawn then I call customer care to report complaint they saying we can't do anything go to bank and still my money not reverse in my account so sad
