Out of 3 Branches we visited in last 3 days. This Branch is the best one. Our work got completed within 15 minutes. Staff was soft spoken, cooperative and knowledgeable about the work we went for.

WARNING WARNING I would like to warn everyone about the absolute disgrace that this bank is. We have been trying for more than a year and a half to contact them and resolve issues related to our mortgage, and absolutely no one responds. They provide reference numbers and email addresses to which no one ever replies, and there is no support, no accountability, and no real help at all. Due to this unacceptable situation, we will be filing a formal complaint with the Consumer Protection Office this Thursday. Please be extremely careful with this bank — the level of neglect and lack of professionalism is simply unacceptable.

We have really enjoyed the professional assist from ADIB operation team Mr. Riyad Suleiman. At the expiry day of the liability letter, we are facing big challenges in the settlement bank, he using his patient and knowledge made the things happened at the last moment. Wish a better tomorrow ADIB, and wish he all the best

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a bank. What should have been an easy process turned into something confusing and stressful. There was no clear communication or real support, and I left feeling really frustrated and disappointed. I hope the service gets better, because this shouldn’t be how a bank treats its customers.
