The best experience I’ve ever had in a bank over 14 years in the UAE, I’ve never seen a Branch Manager assisting to finish a customer enquiry because his staff are busy attending other customer. It was really surprising when he approached me in the reception and offered help just to save my time from waiting for the next available staff.
