Had very bad experience in Green branch. Staff is having coffee and chat. Priory for known personal. Security bring directly to the counter and I had to wait 90 minutes to just Cash a cheque. What a worst service. Just 4 numbers ahead to me but it took 1.5 hours. Only one counter open.

Worst customer experience I’ve seen. Banking Services have a very low level of quality and maturity. Level of automation is very poor. For any operations and problems they asking you to come to the branch. They are so stupid and are not able to solve issues online. Only via the branch or call centre. When you call to them to solve issues which happened on THEIR side you need to wait at least 10 or 15 minutes for the operator.

Amazing Experience! I took a car loan from Emirates NBD at a very competitive rate. The process was smooth and fast. Also, Mr. Talal the branch manager supported me through the whole process and explained to me all the details. Definitely, will go to this branch again for my next car loan.

Always long waiting queue’s and plus enexperienced guidance about your requests. I have waited over 1 hour and 10 minutes for a card application 2 weeks ago. Today, I came for an another application and I am told that the employee who can do this process is on sick leave, I am requested to come back tomorrow. For a corporate bank, these are not the kind of services you expect from and the experience is awful.

Ahmed Moosad was incredibly attentive, helpful and kind. He managed to solved all my problems, investing more than 40 minutes of his time with kindness and courtesy. Every bank should have a person like Ahmed. Thank you so much again.
