I love their ATM - It asking whether I want cash as change and giving me splits.

The worst bank I have ever been to. Employees at this bank don't know how to interact with customers, and they take a lot of time just to cash a cheque. I spend 30 mins just get my cheque cashed and the number of customers at the bank that time were just 5 to 6. Pathetic service.

Worst service I've experienced in Dubai. Security guard is over extending his authority. They took my Emirates ID and cheque and sent me to another room even though there were only two people in the large hall I was ordered to stand behind a desk next to another lady in a much smaller area so no logic for social distancing and zero customer service I will not be returning to this bank and I highly advise you avoid at all costs.

The worse experience ever. The lady Ainka ( not sure what’s her name ) has zero experience of customer service. So rude, let me sit for over an hour without even following the case - only once I approach she will be like “ oh, I don’t know - keep distance”- I mean is this is really how the bank must deal with clients?! Clearly she didn’t care about customer experience. I could see she had a bad day - but do I really need to be treated in such a bad way ? Personally I would suggest management to reconsider the people they hire for “ front of the house” if they really can face the people. She clearly can’t or don’t know how to. Because of her I will never want to be a user of this bank and I can guarantee it’s not only me who feels this way Really the worse customer service at the bank in Dubai !!!!

Timings from 9am to 12pm make it almost impossible to visit the bank if you are a working person. Additionally, the number listed is incorrect so I wasn't able to reach them, and once I reached the location (11.45) their systems were down so my trip there was pointless. Not a very convenient set-up at all, and lacking in general thought towards consumer experience.
