Rude and useless customer “care” over the call, without even trying to help out their clients they continue being very obviously angry and talking in a bad tone. If you have an upset customer, try reassuring them that you can do something about their issue, don’t make them run around branches that also might as well be useless and send you back to call customer care. 1 out of 20 people there know how to do their job.

They don’t reply to you over email and when you’re in the branch their customer service is non-existent. I’m not sure if it’s a lack of education or a lack of care. As good as the bank may be, the individuals at this branch should be reevaluated for job performance or retrained.

Horrible customer experience. I went as Call Center told me I had to do a query over the branch and no one helped me (I tried to speak with multiple employees) They should fire everyone there - all of them are completely useless

The EMIRATES NBD from Media city, WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. The lady at the reception and the account opening lady are totally incompetent, RUDE and useless ! Runnnnnn away to the other side of the road to HSBC.

Poor service. I requested for one letter and the customer service advised me that I will receive it in a week on my email. They charged me but never send the letter on my email. I went again to check the status. And again they fail to update me or give what exactly I requested for. Totally waste of time. Better to go in different branch where they know exactly what they are doing.
